• You (“Camper”) wish to participate in an event (“Event”) organized by Overathird Private Limited (“Overathird”). Any reference to the Camper shall be deemed to include the Parent(s) and/or Guardian(s) of the relevant Camper. For the avoidance of doubt, all Parent(s) and Guardian(s) shall comply with and perform all obligations described in these Terms and Conditions to apply to the Camper and to the extent applicable, all Parent(s) and Guardian(s) shall procure that the relevant Camper comply with and perform all obligations described herein.
  • Camper must obey directions at all times from the staff of Overathird;
  • Overathird reserves the right to refuse entry for any reason, including physical capacity;
  • must wear appropriate attire or attire required by Overathird;
  • must behave courteously, and disorderly or aggressive behaviour is strictly prohibited;
  • must not in any circumstances abuse the facilities, staff or equipment and pay for any damage to any property;
  • understand that a parent or guardian who consented the participation of the minor in this camp shall be solely responsible for all actions of the minor. All terms and conditions set out herein shall apply to the minor as if said minor had submitted the online registration form, and the parent or guardian is responsible for ensuring that the minor adheres to these;
  • understand that the parent or guardian is responsible for dropping and picking-up the minor to and from the allocated camp venue. Please ensure that a parent/guardian or the authorized person for pick-up arrives promptly, and no later than 15 minutes after the end of camp each day;
  • understand that Overathird may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop, or deny access to any camp for any dangerous situation, venue unavailability or any other causes without notice;
  • Overathird, its management, employees and volunteers shall not be liable for any personal injuries, death or disability, damage, loss or theft of personal properties that may have been suffered during the camp;
  • all medical information and condition of the participant must be declared during registration. Any change to participants’s condition must be submitted to Overathird before the start of the camp in writing;
  • understand that Campers are not covered under any insurance by Overathird. Parent/Guardian are advised to purchase personal accident insurance for the Camper;
  • Overathird has the right to photograph and/or video record participants of the camp for publicity, advertising and promotional purposes without any reservation or limitation;
  • agree that in the event of any dispute, the decision of Overathird is final.

Registration and payment

  • Registration for the camp must be completed using the respective online form provided.
  • Parent/Guardian consent is required for campers below the age of 18 years old.
  • Payment must be made in full via internet/online banking transfer within 24 hours of registration. Otherwise, the assigned ticket will be cancelled.
  • Bank details: OCBC Current Account, Overathird Private Limited, 712-061233-001. Please include the camper full name in the reference section, or as the payee initial when making payment for tracking purposes.
  • Your e-tickets for the camp will be sent to your registered email within 36 hours after payment, or as soon as the transaction is verified.

Cancellation and refund policy

  • 100% refund will be provided for cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the camp. 50% refund will be provided for cancellation up to 14 days before the start of the camp;
  • no refund will be provided for cancellation less than 14 days prior to the start of the camp;
  • Campers who are unable to attend the camp due to medical reasons (certified by a doctor) can join us at the next available session during the June or December holidays;

Disclaimer, etc.

  • Overathird reserves the right to alter, customise, change, amend or cancel any portion or whole of the Event, or any activity or objective of such Event without prior approval or notice from Camper.
  • For purposes of this Section, any reference to “Service” shall include Overathird’s organising of the Event.
  • All services provided pursuant to this agreement are provided or performed on an “as is”, “as available” basis, and camper’s use of the services is solely at its own risk. Overathird does not make, and hereby disclaims, (i) all express warranties with regard to the services, including but not limited to any warranty that the services provided hereunder will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure; and (ii) any and all implied warranties with regard to the services, including the implied warranties of merchantability or satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement of third party’s intellectual property rights.
  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this agreement, in no event will overathird be liable to camper for (i) injury; (ii) lost profits; (iii) loss of business; (iv) loss of revenues; (v) loss of data or interruption or corruption of data; (vi) any consequential or indirect damages; or (vii) any incidental, special, reliance, exemplary or punitive damages (if applicable), even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this agreement, overathird’s total liability to camper in the aggregate for the entire term (and regardless of whether the claims are brought during or after the term) with respect to all claims arising from or related to the subject matter of this agreement (including attorney’s fees) will not exceed the amount actually paid by camper to overathird in respect of the event fees.
  • The limitations set forth in the two bullet points above will apply to all claims and causes of action, regardless of whether in contract, tort, strict liability or other theory.
  • Camper hereby waives the right to bring any claim against Overathird arising out of or in any way relating to this Agreement more than one (1) year after the date this Agreement expires or is earlier terminated. Camper recognizes and agrees that the warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability and remedy limitations in this Agreement are bases of this Agreement materially bargained for by Overathird and Camper.


  • Camper agrees to maintain appropriate insurance, at its expense, during the entire time of the Event, which at a minimum shall consist of (i) Critical Illness Policy of not less of S$100,000; (ii) Accidental Injury Policy of at least S$100,000; (iii) Hospitalisation Insurance Policy of not less than S$100,000; (iv) Total Permanent Disability Insurance of not less than S$100,000; such insurance policies described above with a maximum S$500 deductible or self-insured retention, per occurrence. In addition, Camper will notify Overathird of any non-renewal, cancellation, reduction in policy limit or other material change in Camper’s coverage immediately in the event of such change in coverage.
